Alcohol may not solve your problems, but neither will milk and cookies!
Can't rename either.

i suspect he 'took' the work done by sdcardxd, reversed its external card write function and added it to file manager hd ( thats why you cant delete- same as sdcardxd)

yes- but the funny thing is is that 'Hexise' who is the author of File Manager HD posted in an email response last week that he had 'no idea how to make the external sdcard writable'
then on google marketplace i see he purchased/downloaded, and left a comment for gmanapps' regarding his SDcardXD app.
you dont have to be a brain surgeon to figure out that he pirated the 'write function' code from sdcardxd, and then added the external card write function to his own free app. thats pretty disreputable, and it makes Hexis abit shaddy, and dishonest insofar as he pirated/stole another developers code from a paid app and then added it to his 'free' app

Lol, even has the same bug I engineered into the code in my app to specifically be able to tell if someone reverse engineered my method. Sigh....didn't even understand my technique enough to take out what should have been obviously an intentially (non-fatal) bug in the code.
