Broken again for me :-(
I'm having the same problem with Netflix. Everything zoomed in.
Netflix is broken for me since the 3.2 update.
Uninstalling/installing had no effect.
Anyone know where I can get a few Xooms with 3G in Canada? - I'm near Guelph.
If I order one from the U.S. - the 3G network will work here with what carrier?
They were supposed to be rolled out in Canada back in April 2011. My wife is down in the US right now so we'll see if she has time to snag them. They can use pay-as-you know right?
I talked to a rep in Toronto - no one knows why they did not roll out a 3G model outside of the U.S. Wow - no forsight in Motorola. Canadian have the highest connectivity rate (per capita) on the planet. We are not going through a recession like the Americans are - and we have access to all the same products worldwide manufactureres provide.... except for the Motorola Xoom 3G. Wow..... What a shame... It's funny you go to any Futureshop or Bestbuy and the tablets with 3g and 4g connectivity (and the ipads) are front and centre - then the rest are in the background. The Xoom unfortunately is one of those. It's a superior product and it's owned by Google!!! If Google can not support Motorola Mobility outside of the U.S. then who can?!?!? Motorola and Google were supposed to supercharge the whole Android market - what happened?!?! Motorola has the best upgrade site out there - they are the first to receive the new Android... their firmware is supposed to be solid. Yet they didn't release a 3G model outside of the U.S. ?!?! - Imagine if R.I.M. didn't release their mobile phones outside of Canada they would be R.I.P. - RIM took a huge gamble on their playbook and it failed and their stock plummeted - but they are recovering with a huge pricedrop and aggressive marketing campaign; along with upgrades and releases worldwide. Releases outside of Canada keeps it healthy. Motorola can not see this?
Isn't it ironic Motorola will not release a 3G technology tablet in Canada - the company which helped DEVELOP the 3G model?!?!? Am I missing something here? My wife needs to buy 5 tablets to give her bosses - the big-wigs at Canada Post (she's in marketing doing BIG trade shows in the U.S.). Canada Post employs about 75,000 people with a consodidated revenue of about $7.5 Billion - So a company like C.P. will look at a tablet like the xoom and say "sorry no connectivity" (outside of Wi-Fi) and Motorola is ok with that?!?!?
