3g/4g model at costco or bestbuy- return policy?

I thought I say this before in the forum, but can not find anything now....

I know if I buy the wifi model at Costco I get 90 days to return it.
What if I buy the 3g/4g model (with no data contract)? I am buying from Verizon (just happens to be inside a costco store) or is it a purchase from Costco? i.e. will I still get the same 90 return policy?

I think the bestbuy policy is 15 days. Correct?

How about Verizon return policy?

Best Buy is 14 days. Verizon is 14 days. If you purchase from Costco I'm pretty sure that the 90 day return policy still applies.

if you buy it at Costoc even though its a Verizon kiosk, you get 90 days . Verizon stores give 14 days plus a restock fee. No restock @ Costco

Yeah its 90 days at Costco even for the 3g/4g. I wished I'd gotten mine at Costco just for peace of mind. But I didn't know they were selling them and I got mine on day 1 with a contract. I'm happy though. Could never return this thing.
