For all the people going on and on about this... good grief! Either you want the tablet or you donít. You still will have 4G, an SD card, and they Honeycomb OS. If they make 3 million or 5 million the device does not change.
Not everyone has a Corvette ZR-1 but if you heard they cut production on them would it make you NOT want one? I would

I would wait for the updated ZR1 with the extra 15 HP..lol jk I agree no tablet coming out has better specs. All Android tabs seem to have the same great specs. The biggest advantage is that this is a Google Experience device meaning it will be google's test tablet for everything. The nexus line of phones still receive updates before any other phone even though they are long in the tooth for cell phones.
I called this one from the start. Thanks for the post!
Exactly, if anything having the original Xoom will have an advantage at least for the next few years.

This is nuts motorola will never reval its plans to stop xoom or continue to manufacture xoom. It is just Good business sense to keep these decsion a close secert and deny any rumors.

I really don't care! I have one from launch day, I am enjoying it ... and .... I am going to continue to enjoy it no matter what
And I have no problem with mine, nor have any plans to get rid of it.
But a couple things that come to mind. First, since this was probably a big deal on more than Xoom Forums, why did Motorola only say that the report was not accurate, and that they will continue to make Xooms? Why didn't they say it was totally unfounded?
Sorry, but that update does nothing to ease my mind about this. It actually makes me more suspicious of what is really going on.
