xoom tablet stuck on screenlock on rooted ICS

I have wifi xoom and i recently rooted and installed ICS which runs perfectly on it. The only problem im facing is when the screen times out or you lock the screen by pressing power button, i cant unlock it. The screen stays black I have to soft reboot with power and vol+ button everytime. Any solutions?

Not so sure but you can try:
Reboot to recovery, wipe cache and dalvik cache and reboot...see will the issue came back?

Thanks for reply. Ive wiped the cache but still same problem. Once the screen times out, cant go back to unlock it. Have to soft reboot.

How about full wipe? Still the same?

Are you using Official Stock ICS or Custom ICS rom?
- If custom ICS rom i would like try to do 1) full wipe and try or 2) full wipe and flash it again
- If Official Stock ICS..Hmm im not so sure

May be someone will pump more input soon

Welcome to the forum.Glad you decided to join us. Like Astrix, I believe a factory data reset will fix it. You could try reflashing your rom and gapps too.
