Thanks for that sardo...browser+ seeks too many permissions for my liking, just no need for some of them for a browser. I have done a full factory reset,just to try and solve the problem,bookmarks sync'd on initial run but not since and NOT solved the problem still have empty folders although ome folder does still have it's bookmarks te other eight are empty, gets stranger by the minute...

I can't believe that browser+ asks for more permissions than the stock browser. It's basically the same thing with a few bonus features. Stock browser permissions are built in to the basic Google sign-up. I'll bet they're the same

yep, i bet they are the same.

if you are worried, just install Permissions Denied, but you gotta be rooted.
