So you want me to do what I did before in cmd and do all that, do the second part now but instead of the other .Zip file I used do I use this one?
I little bit confuse with your question
Let put this way: Follow this steps.
Choose and download Team EOS v1.0.0
Wifi(Wingray/MZ604) and GApps http://www.xoomforums.com/forum/team-eos/14894-rom-ics-team-eos-ics-1-0-0-a.html#post188174
Place it in your external microsd card.
Once done
Do (Nandroid) backup:
- Boot to recovery
- Navigate to "back up and restore"
- Choose back up and proceed.
- Reboot.
- Done with your Nandroid back up.
Once done
Navigate to
- wipe data and wipe it
- wipe cache and wipe it
- navigate to advance and choose dalvik cache and wipe it
Once done
Navigate to install zip from sdcard.
- Choose the custom ICS(wingray) and proceed
- Choose GApps and proceed
- Reboot your Xoom.
- Done

the last process in the first section (entering fastboot reboot) how long does it take to reboot? Am I entering it too late if its already started to startup?
Please stay here on idle for a couple of minutes, cheers
If you're trying to get to recovery with the buttons get, Quick Boot, it's much easier than using the buttons.
