i wont say to root it but sheeeesh thats bogus it hasnt been officially pushed yet

You really don't have to be technical to root. Just be able to read and follow the steps. I WILL say "root!" It is easy and you will fall deeper in love with your Xoom than you ever thought possible. You at least own it to yourself to read the rooting instructions a few times and if you come across a step you don't understand, post a question here asking for clarification.

Yep. LTE radios and the tegra chip weren't planned well. They're like spaghetti and tuna fish.
root and forget about verizon. The roms out here have way more features than the stock version. I rooted both my xooms by just following the posted instru tions.
Yup. Whoever ics is finally released for the lte xoom, it will still be a little buggy. Root and rom. The devs do a good job of cleaning up Google code for them.
