question about Macro shot photos in Xoom

Hello ! I hope you're doing well . anyone has any experience about taking Macro picture with Xoom

when I try to capture some pictures with Macro mode . it doesn't give the quality of Macro photos that we know

usually it gives me uncleared photos and very bad

and if there are special mode or setting for Macro please tell me

i have played with this a bit on mine and it seems like the minimum distance from an object is about 6 inches for it to get a good focus. Not sure if any of the camera apps change that. I tried one called Instagram but didn't find any Macro setting on it.

I have Instagram but it doesn't have any Macro
and I'm just surprised why the original system contain it and it doesn't give good pic
although the Camera its self is good and can do it
I tried a lot but in vain
I hope to work one day
