Bought my wifi Xoom on release day and it gets used a lot. In and out of the case and speaker dock... don't know how many flashes and SD card swaps.... still works perfectly... and def better than the day I bought it

I treat my Xoom like it would cost several hundred dollars to replace. Considering the hoops I had to jump through† to buy it, it isn't just the money either.

i've punched mine, thrown it on the floor, covered it in food, moisture and the thing still won't die, the casing is built like a tank. (maybe it helps because i have a screen protector on plus case)

Im a bit rough on my xoom but its still running perfectly and there are no scratches on it. Its fallen off my bed unto the floor atleast 20 times. My heart drops a beat with each fall because its often a loud thud noise.

Other than some variation of Jewel...

I find I'm using my XOOM to help repair autos more than anything else.
I'll get the shop manual (Library), snapshot pages of what needs fixing.
Then have it handy when I'm working on whatever.

I have a Ballistic Jacket protecting it,

I've haven't dropped it, or anything on it yet, but if so it should be ok.

My screen protection has a lot to be desired, but it might help one day.

LOL just dropped it on hard floor facing down while i was sitting down cleaning the screen , it litary jumped out of my hands and slamed face down on the floor, i tho4ght thats that,i was suprised when i picked it up that the front screen was still intact, a few grain sized scratches on the screen which i hope the screen ptotector got and not the actual glass itself but apart from that it works fine, speakers work fine too.
