I'm thinking of buying a xoom but for my father(who wasn't too thrilled about the Nexus Tablet). Have you done business with them in the past?

I have done business with this particular site. The wife has bought some things as well. Everything has arrived and in working order.

How could you get it upgraded to ICS and maybe even 4G? Doubt Moto would do it for free.

Being its a Verizon carrier I can only guess they got their ics upgrade. Some carriers are slower than others. If it were just wifi its just sent over the air. As far as the 4g upgrade goes you'd have to contact either the carrier/ and or moto. I have a wifi only so I can't comment to much on carrier xooms.

It is a decent price and I've bought from this site before. They seem reputable.

I don't believe ICS was OTA'ed to the US 3G Xoom, I may be wrong. I believe you'd have to root and install a custom rom to get ICS. I've also heard if you didn't already send it in for the upgrade it's to late. I'd just use it as a wifi only device.

i have the wi-fi/3g verizon branded xoom (never sent it in for the 4g upgrade- only use it as wi-fi) and i used the force ota method posted here when it started to roll out ics, it went perfectly fine.

thinking of buying one for my grad. school son... just wish they posted the model no.#, etc.
