NewEgg has the Recertified Xoom for $284.99

I know it's not as low as some of the other sites that have been listed, but when I got mine, it had the same one year Motorola Recertified warranty that Motorola was giving on their own site. Not sure about this batch. NewEgg is a vendor I trust, and you can buy a service contract to go along with it at the same time. Don't be afraid to buy from NewEgg...they've been around awhile, give outstanding service, and are a BBB member.

NewEgg is where I got my recert WiFi Xoom. Have not had a moments problem with it. The OTA updates to ICS and JB were smooth as glass.
    Just my 2 cents worth.

Yes, NewEgg is an excellent company that I've had very good experiences with as well.

Scrolling down to the bottom of the info on this Xoom, however, you can see that it comes with the lesser 90-day warranty, not the full 1-yr warranty.

NewEgg sent me a Singapore version of the Xoom when I ordered one from them and I live in the USA. Wouldn't hurt to verify what you are getting.

Always check the warranty on the Motorola site though, it might be more than ninety days, if not, the service contracts are worth the money as they replace the unit or refund the purchase price.

If you get one that not's marked for use n USA, you can call NewEgg customer support and they will let you send it back as defective usually. I'm sure that maybe Motorola lets one slip through once in awhile boxed wrong.

Price has gone up a bit and, unfortunately, it becomes even more expensive if ordering from a California address.
