Can't Pair XOOM with Bluetooth Headset

I am trying to pair a Logitech H800 bluetooth headset with my Motorola XOOM. I'm not sure if this is a Motorola or Logitech problem so please bare with me. I put the Logitech in pairing mode (fast blinking LED). On the XOOM I go to Wireless And Networks and turn Bluetooth on. It finds the H800, but when I press it I get the following message. "Couldn't pair with H800 Logitech headset because of an incorrect PIN or passkey". Does anyone have any idea what's going on? It appears that the XOOM is transmitting a passkey instead of prompting me to enter one. And I'm using Android 4.03.

Usually when I have issues pairing my headset I pair mine manually, that forces the two to connect. You would of course have to figure how to enter manual pairing mode on yours

What do I have to do on the Notorola side to pair this headset manually? I left a message on the Logitech forum. Hopefully they will say something. I'm having no luck with the audio on this thing,but that in a new post.

Rename your Xoom and try pairing it again.

Nothing on the tablet side, once you are in manual mode in the headset you just click on it from the tablet and that forces the headset to connect. It works for me anyways.

Try putting in 1111, or 0000 for the pin.

device bt headset may not be compatable. i had to do crazy stuff to get my bt moto keyboard paired to galaxy player s tablets because they werent really'compatable
