Or just open the app (I'm assuming it is the Team EOS app) and press the button for "restore boot logo". It should restore the one that was there prior to changing it the first time.

Ok, wait. Do you mean boot animation or boot image. Your subject says image but you say animation in the first post. Because those are two different things and the animation is an easy fix - for free. The boot image is harder.

Using a file explorer, browse to the /data/local folder and if you see a file there named "bootanimation.zip" then just delete it. It should default back to the main one. If there is none there then the default one has been replaced and you will need to download and place it back in that folder. (Hence, why I ALWAYS suggest placing any changes in the /data/local folder and not messing with /system/media)

Is this the one you mean?

If so, I found it here:
[UPDATED 04/01/12] [OFFICIAL] Team EOS Boot Animations - xda-developers

You can also find it in the ROM download you used for your install. Just open it and browse to /system/media.

    apps to SD? Duplicate folders?

I know this is the wrong forum, but I can't find a general help forum. Is there a way to move apps to the sd card? The apps to do that don't work. My main storage is almost full, and my sd card almost empty.
Also, when I hook it up to the computer with a USB cord, the computer shows multiples... up to 4 or 5.., of every folder both on the main storage and the SD card. But the file apps on my Xoom don't show any duplicates. Any ideas?

    Thanks!
