    retiring Xooms

Since 2011 we have used our Xooms (m602) and have a lot of data on them, a lot of our life since then . Both function perfectly, one is stock the other runs omni _stingray 4.4,4. We decided to upgrade to a Samsung Tab S 10.5, my question is what is the best way to transfer the data from the stock Xoom to the Samsung Tab S? I think bookmarks, passwords, pictures, videos are the main concern. The Xooms are on Verizon wireless the Samsungs are wifi only.
