ICS, if you have it, has the ability to stack apps. meaning, if you drag and app to your home screen and then drag another right on top of it, the apps become stacked. giving you that same, sort of, look and feel of Circle Launcher, minus the extras.

That's SEwidget. It's worth the small price, and supports a cool dev (was part of the beta he had on XDA a while ago [along with some other users from here too] before he put it on the Store)
