Private pic and video files

Good morning forum. Is there a way to HIDE your files such as pics and video?

example: someone is playing with the device and they CANT see certain folders in the gallery ie pics and video?

edit: works well for locking down specific apps, but will not allow you to protect specific folders. if you wanted to lock down say a file of pictures, youd have to lock any and all gallery type apps instead of just that particular folder.

the widget is super handy. you can easily switch between master and visitor mode. just make sure you switch to visitor mode before handing over your phone/tablet.

Ya I have no issues locking the full app. I locked my file managers and checkbook app as well as my gallery. No one needs access to those

i locked up any and all app that can make changes to any setting on my xoom. the settings app, kernel manager, rom manager, root explorer, titanium backup, etc. plus i locked up anything that can be used to make purchases like market, amazon market, etc.

Give Photo Vault a whirl. I've been using it for the last 4 or 5 weeks, works great. Hides the videos and photos in Gallery view, as well as 3rd party image/video apps.
