Problem with the screen
Hi everyone again.
I bought a used Xoom in Ebay 2 months ago. Everything was working well but now the screen has an issue. I touch the screen and it appears as when you press an lcd screen hard in the center even though I an not pressing the center. It just appear when I press the center. I am hot a hardware savvy so I do not know what to do.
This does not affect it functionality. But it seems pretty bad. Any ideas how to work around this? Would it be a good idea open the xoom to see what the problem is?
Any help... I could upload a vid if someone is interested.
Thanks in advance.

I have seen this posted in the motorola forum and there were quite a few people reporting it. most felt that it wasn't a big deal and some got a replacement and it did the same thing. does it do it with a light press or only when you press it pretty hard? lcd screens will do that if you press hard enough on them. Not sure taking it apart will show you much though. if it gets bad enough you might have to get the screen replaced. sorry i am not much help to you.

Mine does that, but only when significant pressure is applied to the right side of the screen.

Its not normal. I have to press the screen tremendously hard to get that effect. I saw it once when i was pissed off....
