I got it for WiFi only. I use too much data to be tied to a tiered plan. I'll eventually update it but it wont necessarily be a priority. 4g wont be in my area for awhile anyway.

That too. The plans for 3G are 1GB for $20. My DX has about 5GB for February. If they ever got rid of their unlimited data, I'd switch providers.

Droid_Xer, do you have a link to MotoConnect? I can't find a version that is new.

Keepnitreel: I'm not bothering with the 4G upgrade because I have no desire to use Verizon's services. I bought it pretty much exclusively for the WiFi since a WiFi model is yet to be dated, but with the 4G program, I'd say at earliest of late summer. It just doesn't interest me.

Yes in the middle of the page I sent is the motoconnect driver so the pc sees the phone. Download and install.

The only link on there with the rest is the Motohelper one for the MotoDev 4.9.0. Am I missing something? Sorry for the difficulty here, I used one-click to root my DX, and I'm at a disadvantage.

That should be the only driver you need is the motoconnect. If that link doesn't work I'll still post the one I have.

Okay, good. I do have Motohelper, and it's still giving me that "Device not found." Is there perhaps a setting I need to configure?

Did you install fastboot?

Onto the Xoom? All I did was unlock it (and upload my aps) by using the power down, then holding down volume and power to boot into a mode that I forget. I want to say I used fastboot oem unlock, but I could be incorrect.
