I tried to make a backup last night with CWM. Nothing is showing up on my sdcard2 folder with Root Explore. There is no Clockworkmod folder or anything, the card is completely empty. I know it works because I had moved some wallpapers and pictures back and forth beforehand to test it out. Any ideas as to why there is no backup on the SD card?

I checked for the backup, saw nothing and then rebooted to see if it would show up afterwards. Still nothing. Should I be making the clockwork folder myself, or does CWM do it automatically when making the backup?

I didn't get any error messages during the whole process, either...

When you flash clockwork it creates the folder itself. Are you on the latest kernel?

Yes, 1.3.2, installed through CWM. Everything else works fine, not sure why it didnt create a folder for me. Is there any options I should check, or cache that needs to be cleared?

Did you create the sdcatd2 folder yourself? And did you format the sd card before using it?

What does this mean? I've got the clockworkmod folder in my sdcard2 so I'd hope it has nothing to do with that. Perhaps its nothing?

    Yes to both.

So I just took the sdcard out to try and reformat it in my PC, and everything shows up in windows file explorer. The clockwork folder, nandroid, and everything else is there. Still doesn't show anything on the Xoom with Root Explorer, just the sdcard2 folder with nothing in it. I have rebooted the xoom twice to see if anything comes up, but still nothing. Weird...

Its got to be a formatting issue. Do you have a phone with an sdcard in it that you can test.
