Here is the link to the Tiamat Rom. You'll have to do all the wipes before flashing and make sure you make a backup in CWM first.

It's really not that hard and essential.

So I had did the OTA update to ICS on my Xoom, then I rooted it and wanted to pick up ad-hoc to share my phones internet tether but now I turn on my Xoom and the wifi never turns on! It just says "TURNING ON WIFI", this totally messed up my. How do i reverse this??? PLEASE HELPPPP
Welcome to the forum.Glad you decided to join us. There is no ad-hoc on ICS as of yet. What exactly did you do or flash and then I can help. If you did something from this link, it's for Honeycomb. If you made a backup first just restore your backup. If not try a factory data reset through recovery. If none of this helps you may have to fastboot back to stock and srart from scratch.

Welcome to the forum.Glad you decided to join us. No, and I don't believer there will be one.
Here's a link from Bigrushdog of Team EOS.
The root of the problem is that adhoc is a depricated technology. That being said, the reason we are having issues is adhoc conflicts with wireless peer2peer, or p2p. This is a new wireless technology possible because ics has implemented the config80211 Linux wireless api stack. Some of you may have noticed a new wireless interface named p2p0 which is a member of the wlan0 control group. Also you may have noticed that p2p is also broke. I believe this is why some ics devices utilize two wpa_supplicant binaries. Also it looks like the kernel filters ibss beacons when the p2p0 interface is up. But Im pretty sure I found the source and its an easy fix. ICS is a very different Android from past releases. ICS is very forward looking and continues to merge with Linux common. Adhoc looks doable but I recommended adhoc fans upgrade their phones.
