    Much thanks! I am about to try this. I have been waiting for this to see if I can RDP to my laptop without an Internet connection like I can with my idevices. If it works this is my last hurdle to overcome with the Xoom.
    SDcard System Image Backup Using ClockworkMod Recovery v3.2.0.0.(RC4). Back yours up today!

    It looks to be stuck on Obtaining IP Address, but just the fact that it can see it is a step in the right direction.

    What are you trying to connect to? I know ad hoc, but from a phone, another pc, or what??

    I am trying to connect my Xoom to my laptop so I can see the laptop screen on my Xoom, using Wyse, without an Internet connection.
