That's the right one I was saying your download might have been bad and to redownload and try with the new images.

i redownloaded it and flashed it again and stil have hte same problem
when i flashed user data it gives me the same message ( faild to process ......)

problem solved
my problem was the usb cable connected to the front of the pc but shuld be connected in the back to work fine
