calendar not synching right after update

I noticed after the last update that my calnder is not synching correctly with my work outlook calandar. I did not have this problem before the January update. Some of my events show and others do not. It does not matter if I create the event through outlook, on my droid phone or on my xoom. I cannot decrene a patteren to the missing events. Can someone tell me how I can fix this so it synchs correctly? currently this calander is now usless to me because I canot relay on it.

U should check in ur settings>accounts&sync>click on Google>than check Sync Calendars
