    Exchange & Security Settings

Okay, here's the problem. I previously changed from slider unlock to pin code. I also set up work email on my Xoom with the email app and my company's Exchange server. The Exchange server usurped my security settings, so I decided to delete the account and not use my Xoom for work email. Well, I tried to go back to the slider to unlock, but I no longer have full control of security. How can I get it back? Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    RLK

my question is related, since the ICS update i can not use my xoom without a pin, password, or pattern due to my school exchange email, but with honeycomb i could. is there anyway around this? so i can use my email but simply have the swipe to unlock or no lock? any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.Glad you decided to join us. I don't use exchange email but you should probably start your own thread so it will get more notice.
