HELP Updating Rooted Xoom 3.2.1

Ok, well it's been along time since I've posted here or even used my Xoom and I don't know if this has been asked and answered before (if so I apologize) but here it goes... My Xoom is 3.2.1 Build # HTK75D Wifi with Sim Card slot (if that makes a difference)

I rooted my Xoom along time ago with this method

and well know I finally pulled it out the box to use again and well I wanna/need to know how do I unroot it and update it to ICS, or keep it rooted and update to ICS? I have been using ICS on my Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note and I absolutely love it...

It's been so long since I've used my Xoom and I have no idea where to begin looking.. The laptop I used to root my Xoom is gone now (may it r.i.p.) but I really wanna get ICS on my Xoom as I plan on using it again..

So please someone, anyone who can help please do it is greatly appreciated. Thank You

As long as you're still rooted, just flash the latest JB rom. The instructions are in the OP.

Just wanted to drop you a big thanks for that.. Update was a success and I'm now running Jellybean..
