Pulse won't update and Gtalk is acting funny

So I have sent them both emails about the issue and no response from both.
Pulse will not update anything, even when you look at sources or browse to add nothing comes up. I have done the normal reboot/uninstall reinstall still wont work so any suggestions?

GTalk well when I am chatting the im's nolonger interlace, you know I talk you talk I talk, my ims are always on the bottom and the others ontop?

G talk..... maybe time stamp related? Is the time correct on your device? Pulse.... dunno. GL

This is intriguing I am running just wifi because there is no 3g where I am and I changed the time manually on my device to matchy location?

In that case I think it gets the utc time from google servers then you must set your time zone.

So Pulse is working now, I don't know why I use to different ISP's for my current location, one uses the actual location the other use's Virgina. It had been working fine on the overseas ISP but now only works when I am using the US ISP
