    Client Out Of Date

    Every time I try to go to the Market for new apps I get the message "Client Out Of Date Will Be Updated Automatically" and nothing happens. I've been waiting two days now for it to update to get apps. Any ideas?

    Itvtook me about an hour to see any activity from the market after that message. Do a reboot and try the market again.

    I got that message when I went into the market the first time and after I exited it it started the update.
    Motorola Xoom
    Overclocked @ 1.5Ghz
    65 MFLOPS

    I allowed it to auto update. Check under Market and :My Apps: in the top-right corner and it should show you any pending updates to be installed. I found that I had to manually update it until after I allowed auto-update.

    Found that someone else on XDA got an "out of date" message today too. Looks like a market update is coming today.

    Upgrade your market. you can do it manually at any time.

    How exactly are you supposed to update the market if you can't get into the market because it says "client is out-of-date"?

    Go to applications and wipe the data and the cache for the market app

    Ya, I did that... Still out-of-date message My Xoom desperately wants apps!
