    what do arrows pointing up and down in wifi icon mean and download errors

    I am getting numerous download unsuccessful with the stock browser, with skyfire issues as well.

    What do the arrows pointing up and down within the wifi icon mean? Is it searching for signal?

    The arrows mean it is sending and receiving data.
