It is just kind of buggy in my experience. Sometimes they'll both stay paired, sometimes the keyboard will drop.

Hopefully there will be a fix. Some folks report having no issues.

Yeah I had an issue when I started using it now its back to normal.....has your xoom ever feel like its being slowed down with both these things connected? I feel like I am typing so quickly on the keyboard that its having trouble catching up on the screen....
I appreciate your input by the way I am glad It is just not happening to me.

I'm having the same problem. I've had this xoom for about 3 weeks now and so far, I'm unimpressed. It does nothing that I want it to do. I can't play any games that require flash, there's no reliable app for docs and spreadsheet editing, the bluetooth issue, the gps doesn't work unless you have a wireless connection and the wireless connection keeps dropping. I'm about ready to sell it and get an iPad or just lug around my laptop. I'm tired of fighting everything.

That's why I use a bluetooth keyboard and a USB mouse until Moto comes up with a definitive fix.

I use the MS BT mouse and Moto Keyboard without many issues. Keyboard disconnects sometimes if I don't type for a couple minutes but other than that everything seems fine. This Xoom forum site however is very laggy on the keyboard and in Opera you can't even type in the reply box... not sure whats up with that.
QuickOffice seems to work great with my Google Docs and Word, Excel, have to pay for it but well worth it in my opinion.
