where is the radial menu

just learned of the radial menu on the browser. i have tried to get it working on mine but when i swipe from the edge inward or hold my finger there, nothing hapens. am i doing something wrong or do i need to download something or change a setting. what do i need to do here?

You have to go into the browser settings, labs and select quick controls.

You need to touch at the VERY edge of the screen. If you touch too far away from the bezel, nothing will happen. I hope this answered your question a little better.

i tried quick controls for a while, but i like having my tabs at the top of the screen.

Not having them at the top was weird at first, but once I got used to it, I wouldn't go back.

I'm one of those people that use a lot of tabs and having to scroll back up every time was frustrating me. One reason I started back with the stock browser is I was tired of having to hit the gestures button,scroll to the top, then close of switch tabs in the old dolphin hd

Have you tried the quick controls since 3.1? You NEVER have to scroll up now. That's one of the reasons I like it.
