Man, I don't know how you've been rooted this long without using TiBu lol ... That and Root Explorer (or equivalent root-enabled file browser) are must-haves if your rooted!

LOL.. I using Tibu Free version for back up (But rarely use it: Only couple of games of my son fav )

Bloatware removal. I use anttek manager(Free) and root explorer(Paid) to remove odex file.

Or I open up rom and remove unused apps before I flash the rom
