I just purchased my xoom yesterday evening. I am looking to get the most I can out of it. It seems to be a very cool piece of gadgetry. Now I want to make it cooler by rooting and with whatever hacks are available.

I originally just came here to get help with rooting my xoom, but the forum has been an excellent all around resource for all things xoom!

Why I came to Xoom forums? Hmmmm, Well originally I cam to Xoon forums to help decide if the Xoom was right for me. I was torn between the Xoom and it's competitors. The wealth of knowledge on Xoom forums, friendly atmosphere, helpful members, and sheer wealth of information is what keeps me coming back. I check in with the latest Xoom forums posts multiple times a day. I have needed and recieved help from the rescue squad. I learned how to root, overclock, flash, load kernels, and Roms from Xoom forums, and found a wealth of information about Apps i never even knew existed. Since I had my Xoom, I have managed to soft-brick it, freeze it up, loaded Kernels improperly, loaded Rom improperly, yet thanks to Xoom forums, rescue squad(especially Ximmy), and searching threads, my Xoom is going strong!

I've had my XOOM for about a month now. I love it! I come to XOOMforums to see whateveryone else is doing with their XOOMs maybe I'll learn something new. Right now I am lookin into using the USB port with mass storage.
