CyanogenMod 10 Boot Animation Available for Download

CyanogenMod 10 Boot Animation

Downloads are available for various tablet and phone resolutions below.

Once downloaded, open CM10_bootanimation.zip. Choose your desired vertical or horizontal resolution.
Copy the corresponding bootanimation.zip to your devices SDCard.
Using Root Explorer or ES File Explorer, place the new bootanimation.zip file in /system/media/.

Note: You may want to backup your previous bootanimation.zip as well.

Vertical: 240, 320, 360, 480, 540, 600, 720, 768, 800 (Example: Galaxy Nexus Vertical is 720)

Horizontal: 240, 480, 600, 720, 768, 800

You can run it on any rom or official as long as you have custom kernel with 3rd party bootanimation support.

Do Nandroid backup before attempt.

If you rooted with stock kernel...you can try to flash it.
- If fail, navigate use root explorer
- Mount as rw at top left
- go to data/local/bootanimation.zip
- cut and paste to system/media
- if fail, delete it or restore Nandroid

For advance restore..
- Go to restore at cwm recovery
- advance restore
- restore system
- done

You can run it with any ROM, but I would personally feela bit strange doing it if I wasn't running CM10!
