free MP4 movies

I have run across several mp4 sharing sites with movies. and have in the past been able to download them. They come and go. Most ask for you to join a prem service for faster downloads. Tried one site and never got a password back so I figure I got burned for 10 bucks.
Anyone know of a good free mp4 download site for movies that I can download and watch later?
I do rent some from netflix or blockbuster and burn my own to the xoom also. But I fly so much for work I go through the movies pretty fast. SO I'm always looking for more.

Just about all of these sites are just as illegal as if you download them for free , which is why they come and go.

In fact, most of them actually sell you the exact same "scene-release" files, and make you believe that by paying for them it somehow is more legal, but it is not.

If you go through a lot of movies, I would suggest to look at Internet Archive: Digital Library of Free Books, Movies, Music & Wayback Machine

they have 1000's of out-of-copyright movies and tv shows in MP4 format that you can download for free. They are not the latest releases, but its free.


One tip, I have heard quite a few horror stories of such websites regarding random creditcard charges, so use a visa giftcard or something instead of one hooked to an account.
