problems with embedded flash video

I seem to be having some minor issues viewing embedded flash video's. For example when I go to the network site to watch whole episodes of The Big Bang Theory (yes I am a geek). I select a whole episode to watch and when the page loads I see a box with a green arrow in it. I tap the arrow to load the video and after a few seconds I can hear the video but I can't see it. Am I doing anything wrong or is this just somthimg I will have to live with until, honey comb and flash are updated?

I'm using a xoom wifi and dolphin browser.

For those who care I solved the problem. Apprently when I set up my xoom it downloaded the apps I had on my Droidx and I was not using dolphin HD on the phone. I was just using the standard dolphin browser. Once I updated to the newest dolphin browser flash worked exactly as advertised. I am one happy xoomer!!

do you still have to press he green arrow for flash toload every site you visit, because that drives me crazy...is there a way to get dophin to just load the embedded flash by default?
