I have hooked up my XOOM to my HDTV via a 1080P HDMI cable. My TV is a 720P. when I watch a show from
NETFLIX on the XOOM and thru to my TV, I get alot of pixalation. Is this an issue with the cable? or what?

That or perhaps your TV. Looks pretty good on mine.

The xoom's hdmi output is only 720p. I would try a more standard HDMI cable.

I will try that. I do have a movie loaded on the XOOM. Can anyone recommend a good cable? the one i got was $18.00 at Micro Center.
that is very possible too. i am tethering my xoom to my droid X via bluetooth. the pic on the xoom looks great, but maybe when blown up
onto the tv (37") it pixelates.....
i seen something that could help.
