    My Xoom. At the time the thrive seemed a bit bulky but with all the inputs/outputs I understand why. I did however like the grippy back the thrive has on it. But like the Xoom or any other device for that matter they all end up in a cover. I figure this'll make a decent Xmas gift. Maybe to myself

    I agree with that. That's what I told my girl when I bought that Acer tablet awhile back.

    Agreed. My brother-in-law has a Thrive & I was looking at them on my short list when the opportunity for the Xoom popped up. It is bulky, but the full-size connections, standard SD card, and replaceable battery are why. It's a good tablet, but I don't regret the Xoom at all.
