    Nexus 10

So who plans on replacing their Xoom with a Nexus 10? Looks like a pretty good upgrade to my aging Xoom.

Two things I'm not liking about it are Miracast isnt supported (yet?). And no SD card slot....

Aside from that it looks pretty good. Engadget benchmarked it at about twice as fast in most benchmarks compared to my Xoom. The screen looks really good esp. compared to the Xoom. Something I like is the ports for the micro usb and hdmi are on the sides which was an issue on my Xoom sometimes.

I did however read a comment where someone said you could actually deplete the battery when its charging faster then it could charge. Don't know how true that is though.

Anyway, what do you guys think. It appears the Xoom is no longer going to be updated via Google so are you guys moving onto their next device, sticking with the Xoom, or going with the competition?

I'm sticking with the Xoom for a bit more. I've read quite a few reviews on the Nexus 10 and I'll be waiting for something else. Also the Xoom is still supported by the developer community and 4.2 is being prepared as we speak.

My next Motorola tablet will probably be a Samsung tablet. Hopefully Android will have matured a bit more by then.
Annoying signature, but not as annoying as yours

Hopefully December will be included. So far, all the reviews I've read of 4.2 indicate that people should hold out for 4.3

Care to get into more depth on why you're going to wait?

I too am sticking with my Xoom for the foreseeable future. It does pretty much all I need it to do at the moment and I would just be upgrading just to play with a bit of kit with marginal improvements. Yes, newer tabs might have a slightly better screen, be slightly faster but the Xoom is no slouch and has good storage and connectivity, sometimes even better than a few of the newer tabs. I will hold on for a bigger game change in tablets before I upgrade.

My Xoom does everything I need in a tablet and there are rumors of a Motorola with great specs and an sdcard and 4.2.

I won't be upgrading to a 10 inch after just a couple of years - better things to spend my dosh on and my xoom is still my trusty at home tab while my little nexy comes out with me and fulfils that role beautifully.

I picked up the 7 and am debating the 10 inch. Since it just came out, the reviews by people are a little biased I'm sure, so I'll wait and see if those same people are still more than 75% pleased in a month or two. My biggest thing about the 7 I don't care for is the front facing only camera. Many in the Nexustablet forums say they don't use the rear facing one on their tablet, but I know I used mine on the Xoom all the time.

Also, the Nexus 10 is actually made by Samsung for those interested in knowing. After my experience with the GNex, I doubt I'll get another Samsung device unless they fix the radios and wifi weak signals.
