Can't get ICS!!

Good Morning everyone! I have been pressing the system update on my Wifi Xoom every chance I get for the last few days now and still nothing. I bought my Xoom in the US yet I am starting to believe I have purchased a Canadian version of the xoom somehow. The reason I think this is because the "firmware configuration version" is GAS_NA_HUBBLEWIFICANADA_P009. I could be very wrong but that is the only reason I can see me not getting the update right now. If this is the case, is there a way I can either flash a US firmware version? Is there a manual (official) DL that I can use to get ICS? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also I have never rooted this device. However I will if it brings me some creamy goodness of ICS I will.

Welcome to the forum.Glad you decided to join us. People are still getting the update, I believe they said it would be at least a week for everyone to get it and this is only day 3.
