USB Keyboard, dock or better yet a keyboard dock?

Now that I have seen the ASUS EEE Pad, I wonder if something like that would ever be available for the Xoom?

I know that the ASUS has a docking connector, but for Xoom a keyboard dock might be possible that connects power, USB and HDMI through the bottom into the keyboard assembly?

Having said this does the Xoom support a USB attached Keyboard?

Hmmm, too bad about the USB attached keyboard, the BT version is about $70 where as I have a number of small (suitable) USB keyboards, also considering that the ASUS starts off less expensive, even when you add the dock/keyboard you aren't into it for much more money.

I am just finding that the on-screen keyboard is sensitive and of course a bit lagging...

So I have a wireless Microsoft keyboard and mouse over five years old that I use with me desktop. It has a 2.4 ghz receiver that hooks through USB and a PS peripheral I think its calked. I also have an OTG cable.

Anyways I hooked up up the 2.4 ghz receiver to the OTG cable to the Xoom micro USB and the keyboard worked flawlessly. The mouse no. I am hoping the Xoom update that bring mouse BT compatability will work with this as well, and if not BT mice are cheap.

Just thought I would pass that along. In the end you wont know until you try it. I am also using the Cybertronics kernel.

No one knows when these are coming but assuming the update rolls out soon, you can expect that Folio case to follow it.

Well I can use mine with it, I got a 10 inch usb keyboard case before I got the xoom and it works fine with a host adapter.
