I have file manager hd and my sd that i took from my droid x and placed in my xoom isnt reading anything am i doing something wrong. Also I cant mount sd card on my xoom I have 3g xoom running 3.2 update
Hi and welcome to the club. When you say that you SD won't mount, are you trying to mount via the settings menu? It might be that there are some file system incompatibilities between the phone and the Xoom preventing the mount.

The SD card doesn't t consistently auto mount. Go to storage - mount external SD.

Hi,
I use Android 3.2 and I put a Lexar 8gig micro sd card with some pictures on it. I did not formated the card. It contains a program on it "MediaMove" that have some files and folders.
Whan I open my Xoom, I see the card is mounted and I can see the picture file BUT when i try to open it, the screen become grey and no image open... nothing happen...
I tryed whit video and PDF (I buy easyPdf reader) and no one file type can be open.... but I see thems....
Do you have any idea ?

Michel, when the screen goes dim try rotating the device from landscape to portrait.
