    Rebooting after ICS

My stock wi-fi xoom updated last night. Since then I've had to perform a reboot on it 3 times. It seems that at some point when the screen goes to sleep, it will become non-responsive and I have to do a reboot on it. Anyone else having this problem??

Welcome to the forum.Glad you decided to join us. Have you tried a soft reboot? Press and hold the power button and the volume up button together until the Xoom reboots.

Yes. I should specify that the soft reboot is what I was performing in order to use the tablet again.

And it just happened again....4th time on a soft reboot. The tablet was asleep no more than 20 minutes.

Did you try rotating your Xoom 90 degrees into portrait mode? That sometimes helps

    Having Reboot/Lockup Issues after ICS

I received the ICS upload this morning. It seemed to go fine and loaded and rebooted itself. I used my Xoom during the day then powered it down. Now it won't boot. Just comes to the Motorola Logo screen and sits. I tired the suggestions on this thread but all is does is restart and stop t the same place.

    Any other suggestions?

Welcome to the forum.Glad you decided to join us. I think you're the third person today this has happened to and nothing suggested helped. I would contact Motorola Customer Support to see about a repair or replacement.

I as well have had to perform this same action 3 times today with the soft reboot, other than that I am loving me some ice cream sandwich.
