You mean, how to extend battery life? Set screen brightness to auto, turn off GPS, bluetooth, and wi-fi when not needed, minimize sync and update frequencies, if you have 3/4G then switch to wi-fi when available, turn screen off when listening to music.

As I already said! 9 or 10 hours is achievable with constant use, but it depends what you're doing with it. The screen is the main hog, so keep brightness down if you are looking for extended use, and turn off all radios if not needed.
