    Using unlock (NOT lock) will completely wipe everything on Xoom.

    EDIT: I think factory reset on a rooted Xoom using Solarnz modified CWM recovery completely skips data/media. So a factory reset will delete the other partitions but not sdcard.

    If you try the oem unlock -
    adb reboot bootloader
    fastboot OEM unlock

    Yep, oem unlock is the way to go to remove everything. pirey_br try this, everything should be wiped clean.

    This is how I have done it.
    Factory reset,
    Clear cache,
    Clear Davlik cache,
    Boot up so you can issue fastboot commands.
    issue command "fastboot erase cache"
    issue command "fastboot erase userdata"
    reboot.

    This is the only way I have been able to clear everything.
