Yes, the 3 that work are in post #11. Once you get a good recovery just uninstall Rom Manager. Only thing it's good for on the Xoom is reboot to recovery and Quick Boot is much better.

I can't get to make this to work, I always get a dead android robot with the ! on any recovery installed. even the stock recovery
I did unlock the bootloader and I don't remember doing anything wrong since the last time I rooted (3.2.1) other than having 4.0.4.
plz help!
