After my xoom wouldn't fully boot I attempted a factory reset through recovery....and it still won't fully boot...I wiped all data and attempted the factory reset again but still no change can anybody help

After my xoom wouldn't fully boot I attempted a factory reset through recovery....and it still won't fully boot...I wiped all data and attempted the factory reset again but still no change can anybody help
Welcome to the forum.
Power off and full charge. Try it again.
If fail, most likely need to fastboot..Let us know, we will go through with you![]()

Does a "Factory data reset" clear all account settings/passowrds and installed apps?
If not what would be the best way to clean the slate?
