Checkout Amazon. Search otg cable. Sorry, I'd post link if I was on comouter!
Check out the ones with a 90 degree bend. I have both the Motorola one they called the camera kit, as well as one with the 90 degree offset.
Both of them are excellent quality. MOTO one runs $20 and $9 for the offset one.
The offset is real nice as it is not in the way as much as the straight one.
