    adobe flash

    has anyone any ideas why flash player on bbc website has stopped working on my xoom, everything is up dated, i just get the red circles going round.
    any ideas greatly recieved

    Welcome to the forum.Glad you decided to join us. I'd uninstall flash and reinstall from the market and see if that helps.

    Thanks for reply, I tried that it worked fine on 10.3 then did the upgrade to 11 then it stopped working, I got another XOOM and that works fine, I just didn't want to get into he realms of a factory reboot. But I guess something is corrupted and I cannot clear itself on a unistall then new install.

    One other thing to try, menu>settings>applications>manage applications>all>flash>clear cache and data and reboot your Xoom.

    I tried that and also cleared the browser cache and cookies and I now have flash working again thanks for the ideas. It will teach me to look at the simple things first again.

    a desktop pc will do the same.get so many internet files built up.things will stop working properly.
