    Wanting some advice, FAST!

I am going tomorrow to purchase a tablet from Ebgames in Australia, The Motorola Xoom is on sale for $388.00 and the Acer Iconia A510 is on sale for $499.00! I am just wanting to get some feedback on which tablet i should choose. The Motorola Xoom is truely beautiful and handles 3d rendering like a charm, not the mention that it's cheap! The Acer Iconia does however have more over the Motorola Xoom, I believe it has a Tegra 3 chip (Quad core 1.2ghz). For about $100.00 extra (Give or take) is it worth to buy the Iconia?
    Thankyou,
    Regards Timmayye,

Check the spec for both and compare.

If you ask me here in Xoomforums.
    Yes..I will go for Xoom.
    - Cheaper
    - Lots of development.

Thanks guys, I do love the Xoom. Feels great and the touch screen feels high quality.
    Thanks for your feedback.
Is that an alright price? here in Australia there a bit more steep.

"a bit more steep" at $ 389. Try living in the UK mate . This poor pom paid £479 for his xoom, I'm frightened to convert that to A$.
seriously though you have to go with the machine you personally like the best. You will gather from the silly price I paid that I bought my xoom when they first came to the UK. There was no other tablet that came close to the xoom back then, and even now I have no intention of changing it .. the build quality is awesome and ICS 4.0.4 makes it the machine it should have been when launched.

Here in Canada at some stores the Xoom still goes for $499: Motorola 32GB XOOM Wi-Fi Tablet : Android Tablets - Future Shop

Although I have seen $100 less at Costco (in-store), so the price looks good from here!

As for the choice, I have had my Xoom since launch, no complaints and as mentioned above with ICS 4.0.4 simply amazing! However, if I were about to drop nearly $400 I would consider the best I could get now... The Iconia A510 looks nice but I am wainting for the ASUS Infinity...

I am even toying with the idea of buying the Infinity and keep the Motorola as well!

Oh, and one other thing, don't forget that a Xoom in Aus will likely come loaded with Honeycomb not ICS, I know relatively simple matter to install ICS, but still a point to consider.

$388AU is a good price. Refurbished xooms go for about $300 still in the US.

Yes with HC...currently only US Wifi Xoom had ICS update.

    HC..not bad.

If you want ICS on your Xoom. Go for custom ICS which more stable.

Here we can will assist you to get to the custom ICS.
